It is the exclusive responsibility of the client to comply with the Regulations of Foreign Exchange primarily when the client instructs the Travel Agent to make and pay for travel arrangements on the internet.CheapFlyingFares will not assume any responsibility for non-compliance to Foreign Exchange Regulations by the client in any situation thereof.

If the client wishes to cancel a booking, CheapFlyingFares.com reserves the right to either claim an amount or retain an amount of the payments made so far and claim damages suffered by the Travel Agent.

The suppliers of your services will have a separate contract with you that might permit them to cancel or alter your bookings. If we are your Booking Agent,we will make sure that you are timely informed about any such changes as soon as we get the information from the supplier. However, we do not accept any liability for any such changes or extra costs that may result.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier, you can make the decision about choosing and accepting the change of arrangements and accepting the offer of alternative travel arrangements as per your convenience. Any change in the schedule of flight by the airline company before you leave U.S., that you have booked with us will be informed to you through your e-mail id. It is important to note that most airline companies and suppliers of services do not permit a change of name once a booking is made.
